Brief description of our Board of Directors, Advisor, Directors and some key officers and their positions are as follows:


Executive Chairman

Sheni is an Economist and Banker with vast experience in marketing and management of over 20 years.


Member of the Board

Ezenwani is a compliance expert of over 20 years specializing in assisting firms and organizations in investing and setting up in Nigeria. He has actively participated in reviewing, designing, developing and implementing legal, regulatory, ethics and corporate compliance programs, including due diligence for individuals and organizations, tax, ethics risk analyses, etc


Corporate Affairs & Corporate Social Responsibility

Oluwasoromidayo George is the Corporate Affairs & Sustainable Business Director, Unilever, Ghana & Nigeria and the Chairman of the UN Global Compact Local Network Committee in Nigeria. ‘Soromidayo was the first female Executive Director of the British American Tobacco Nigeria Foundation (BATN Foundation) and the Head of Corporate Affairs, British American Tobacco (BAT) in West & Central Africa. She is the co-founder of the Corporate Social Responsibility and Governance Institute. In 2016, she set up the Heart of Ruth Fund to help rehabilitate women and children who are abused, or economically and domestically disadvantaged 'Soromidayo is a member of AIESEC Nigeria, Board of Advisors, a member of the Advisory Board of the Commonwealth Women Business Network, a Fellow of the WIMBOARD Institute, a WIMBIZ/IE University, Madrid Executive Education Program for Women on Boards, and a member of the WIMBIZ Executive Council. She is an adjunct member of faculty at the School of Media and Communication, Pan-Atlantic University, and the Vice-Chairman, Manufacturers Association of Nigeria Export Group (MANEG). She studied in the University of Lagos (B.Sc. & M.SC Sociology), Robert Gordon University, Aberdeen, Scotland (Masters in Corporate Communications), and Walden University (where her DBA on Social Impact is in progress). In addition, ‘Soromidayo also has certificates from several institutions including the Gordon Institute of Business Science (University of Pretoria, South Africa), Harvard Business School; Center for Corporate Citizenship, Boston Carrol School of Management and the Copenhagen School of Business. She facilitates courses on CSR, sustainability, stakeholder management and communications. She has written, and published a poetry book, and articles & reports on Poverty, Corporate Social Responsibility, Sustainable Development, Stakeholder engagements, Social & Environmental reports and various guidelines and strategy documents for a few projects locally.
